Welcome to FrendZo — a platform built for genuine friendship, meaningful conversations, and real connections across languages and cultures. These guidelines apply to all features of the app.
1. Be Respectful to Everyone
FrendZo is a space for people from all backgrounds, languages, religions, and walks of life. Respect is the foundation of every interaction.

- Treat every user with dignity, kindness, and courtesy.
- Appreciate and celebrate diversity in culture, language, and perspective.
- Disagree respectfully — healthy debate is welcome, personal attacks are not.
- Use considerate and appropriate language at all times.
❌ You must not
- Use offensive, abusive, or demeaning language toward any user.
- Mock another person's culture, religion, language, or background.
- Engage in targeted harassment or personal attacks.
- Deliberately provoke other users or disrupt positive conversations.
2. Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech
FrendZo maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward hate speech, discrimination, and content promoting prejudice. Strictly prohibited:
- Content promoting hatred based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or caste.
- Slurs or derogatory terms designed to demean any individual or group.
- Symbols, gestures, or imagery associated with hate groups or extremism.
- Content designed to radicalise or recruit others.
3. Protect Your Safety and Others'
✅ You must
- Keep your real phone number, address, banking details, and other personal data private.
- Use FrendZo only for friendship and respectful conversation.
- Report any user who tries to extort, blackmail, or threaten you.
❌ You must not
- Share or solicit personal contact information from other users.
- Share personal media (photos, videos, etc.) of other users without consent.
- Attempt to meet other users in person without proper precautions.
4. No Sexual Content. No Adult Content
⚠️ FrendZo is NOT a dating or adult platform. The following will result in immediate permanent ban:
- Nudity or sexually explicit content of any kind.
- Sexually suggestive poses, gestures, or language during calls.
- Solicitation, prostitution, or escort-like services.
- Showing or referencing sexual organs or sexual activity.
- Asking other users for sexual content, photos, or actions.
5. No Spam, Scams, or Manipulation
- Do not send unsolicited promotional messages or advertisements.
- Do not direct other users to external apps or websites.
- Do not run schemes promising money, jobs, or rewards in exchange for actions on FrendZo.
- Do not use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or any automation to game the matching, calling, or earnings systems.
6. Honesty and Authenticity
- Use your real name, gender, age, and language preferences.
- Do not impersonate any other user, public figure, or FrendZo staff member.
- Do not falsify your location to match into other regions.
7. Respect Privacy in Calls and Rooms
- Do not record, screenshot, or screen-record any call, chat, or room session.
- Do not share another user's voice, video, or messages outside of FrendZo.
- Treat group rooms as semi-public spaces — but private conversations stay private.
8. Reporting and Enforcement
If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines:
- Tap the menu icon on the user's profile or call screen and select Report or Block.
- Email admin@frendzo.com with details and the approximate time of the incident.
- Our moderation team reviews every report within 24 hours.
Penalties range from a warning, to temporary suspension, to permanent ban with forfeiture of coins and wallet balance — depending on severity and history.
