Community Guidelines

• Anyone under 18. Frendzo is 18+. If you are under 18, leave now. If you see someone who appears to be a minor, report them at once.
• Any sexual content involving a minor, in any form. This is reported to the authorities, not merely banned.
• Nudity and sexual activity. No exposed genitals, buttocks or female nipples; no sexual acts; no sexual content in chat; no sexually explicit profile pictures or names.
• Threats of violence, including threats to find, harm or expose someone.
• Prostitution, trafficking, or the sale of drugs, weapons or stolen goods.
• Non-consensual recording or screenshotting of another person's call, and sharing intimate images of anyone without consent.

• Harassment and abuse — insults, slurs, hate directed at anyone's religion, caste, region, gender, sexuality, disability or appearance. Persisting after someone asks you to stop is harassment.
• Impersonation — pretending to be another person, using someone else's photographs, or presenting as a gender you are not in order to earn.
• Off-platform contact for money. Do not ask for or give phone numbers, social media handles, UPI IDs or bank details, and do not move a conversation off Frendzo to solicit payment.
• Spam and scams — advertising, link dropping, fake giveaways, investment or loan offers, and any request for money, OTPs or passwords.
• Manipulating the system — modified versions of the app, multiple accounts, arranging calls between accounts you control to generate earnings, or any attempt to inflate coins or wallet balance.
• Idle or empty calls. A creator who answers and leaves the phone unattended is taking money for a conversation that is not happening.

• Show your real face. Your verification video must be of you, live — not a photograph, not a recording, not another person.
• Answer calls you accept, and be present for them.
• Your earnings come from real conversations. Any attempt to generate earnings artificially voids them.
• You may decline, end or block any call at any time, for any reason. Nobody is entitled to your time because they paid for a minute of it.

Tools you have, on every profile and in every chat:

• Block — they can no longer call you, message you or see you in listings.
• Report — sends the account and the context to our review team.
• End the call — at any moment, without explanation.
• App Lock — a PIN or fingerprint on the app itself, in Profile → App Lock, if others use your phone.

• Reports are reviewed by people, not only by automated systems.
• Depending on severity we may warn, remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban — and a ban may also block the device so the same person cannot return on a new number.
• Video calls are checked to confirm a live person is present on camera.
• Messages are checked for contact details and solicitation.
• Every ban can be appealed from the banned screen, and a human reads every appeal. We reverse the ones we got wrong.

Use the in-app Report button wherever possible — it carries the context we need. For anything urgent, or anything involving a minor or a threat to someone's safety, write to admin@frendzo.com with the person's Frendzo ID and what happened. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police first.
