Delete your FrendZo account
You can permanently delete your account at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
Two ways to delete your account
Option 1 — Inside the app (fastest)
- Open FrendZo and sign in.
- Tap Profile (bottom right).
- Tap Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm with the OTP we send to your registered phone number.
- Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Submit a deletion request below
If you can't access the app, fill the form below. We'll verify your identity and process your request within 7 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, the following is permanently erased and cannot be recovered:
- Your profile (name, avatar, gender, date of birth, language preferences).
- All chat messages and contacts.
- Call history and connection records.
- Any remaining coin balance.
- Any remaining wallet (Hearts) balance.
- Friends list, blocks, and reports filed by you.
What we keep (and why)
For legal, security, and abuse-prevention reasons we may retain the following anonymised records for up to 12 months:
- Aggregate analytics (device type, country, app version) — cannot be linked back to you.
- Records of any prior bans or terms-of-service violations.
- Transaction logs required by Indian tax law.
⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and instant. There is no recovery period and no way to restore your account, coins, or wallet balance afterwards. Please withdraw any wallet balance before deleting.
