You can delete your Frendzo account and its data at any time. You do not need to ask us, and you do not need a reason.
Delete it yourself, in the app
- Open Frendzo and go to Profile.
- Scroll to Delete Account.
- Confirm. The account is closed immediately and you are signed out.
You have 30 days to change your mind.
For 30 days after deletion your account is hidden but kept, so that signing in again with the same number restores it exactly as it was. After 30 days everything listed below is permanently erased, automatically, whether or not you ever open the app again.

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email admin@frendzo.com from any address with:
- the subject line Delete my account;
- the mobile number registered to the account.
We will verify that you control that number before deleting anything — otherwise anyone could delete anyone's account. We complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your profile — name, date of birth, gender, language, photograph or avatar.
- Your chat messages and conversation list.
- Your call history.
- Your coin balance and any unused coins. These are forfeited and cannot be restored or refunded.
- Your verification video, once any open review or payout dispute is closed.
- Your notification token, so the app can no longer reach your phone.
What is kept, and why
A small amount of information survives deletion because the law requires it or because deleting it would defeat a safety measure:

Withdraw your earnings first.
If you are a creator with a wallet balance, request your withdrawal and let it be paid before you delete the account. Deleting first makes the balance unrecoverable.
